The Clean Scene Car Wash

Standard self wash car wash. Wash takes credit/debit cards, vacuum requires cash. (Would have been nice if the vacuums took cards. Didn't have any cash with me the day I used this car wash.) Cash bill changer on site.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH. ITS A SCAM!!!!! THERE IS A MAN THAT APPROACHES YOU WHEN YOU GO TO GET CHANGE AND HE SAYS THE CHANGE MACHINE DOSENT WORK. HE PULLS QUARTERS OUT OF HIS POCKET AND EXCHANGES YOUR CASH FOR HIS QUARTERS. SOME OF THESE DONT FIT IN THE COIN RECEIVER, AND THEY FALL BEHIND THE COIN RECEIVER. YOUR TIME RUNS OUT AND YOU NEED MORE QUARTERS. HE CAME OVER TO HELP ME AND SAYS MY QUARTERS WERE NO BUENO NO GOOD AND WALKS AWAY WITH MY BAD QUARTERS. I ASKED FOR THEM BACK TO NOTICE THEY ARE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER QUARTERS. I got all my QUARTERS from him so I know they came from him. If it's not a scam they need to reimburse people for loosing their money and check their QUARTERS for bad ones.

To the lady whining about getting scammed by a random person - sure that sucks, but how is that the owner’s fault? haha The car wash is great but there are some pretty odd issues at this place, I was going to give 3 stars but these are things the owner could fix pretty easily. Overall the quality of the place is good. It’s 7 minutes for $1.50, a great deal, but don’t make the mistake of extending using the button, it’s a huge rip off. I’ve never seen a car wash do this before. For 50 cents, you get 1 extra minute, which doesn’t add up. Other than that the price and the ingredients they use are great, except my other issue down below. The green and yellow dyes they use in some of their stuff really confuse me. I washed my car before heading out, got water splashed on me while spraying. M

Best self service car wash in DFW Been coming here for years with ALL of our cars and it’s always clean and safe regardless of what time we come out to wash, the owners make sure to keep the quality of this place no matter what. It was closed for some reason for a few weeks and we had to go to to a different place and it was terrible, so as soon as we saw The Clean Scene open again we drove right in!

Super sudsy soap.....just beautiful. And only $1.50 for 3:30 mins? What a good deal, thank you for being fair and honest at this carwash, a rare gem these days.
