This place is absolutely DISGUSTING? Do your loved ones a favor and don't send them here. Its absolutely filthy. I was there for 1 night for stroke rehab and my family fortunately took me out. The drawers were filthy and had dead bugs in them The heater was breaking away from the wall. They had fans going I'm guessing to try and cover the smell.they say they have cable TV. I was able to get 3 channels. The joining bathroom (between 2 rooms) was locked and they said because the toilet was clogged. They cleared it but bathroom was still filthy. I used the toilet in the shower room and it was very unstable. The door handle was broken.

TERRIBLE experience! DO NOT send your loved ones here. My dad was here and the place was disgusting and the employees were useless! There is no way to get a hold of anyone, no one answers the phone and you have to call back multiple time until you finally get someone. Then when you finally get through, they answer with an attitude and they have no idea where my dad was, how he was doing, etc. For someone who can’t use the phone on his own we had to get a hold of my dad through the Lynnhurst. When we would come to visit all the staff would be gathered talking about their personal life and when he would push the button we’d be waiting 10 plus minutes for someone to come, then when they finally do they act like they are upset to do the job they sign up for! A couple of days before we took him

My husband was here and was treated like trash. He was eventually dumped at the hospital they said they couldn’t care for him after he fell out the bed and said they had an opening at north memorial but we were contacted that my husband was dumped smh Lynnhurst said they can’t take him back they got rid of his bed n his too in less then 2 hours … this was to get rid of “the problem “ due to us reporting Lynn hurst to the state. He had marks on his body one day, wasn’t feed for a whole weekend due to staff not understanding how to operate the feeding machine. He wasn’t showered for 3 plus weeks, staff are rude and my husband would be left unturned with no tv on unless we drove up there and did it our self’s a few times we found him on the floor while staff hung out and played on there cell

We needed a place for my dad to go to temporarily since he couldn’t go home just yet. We left the hospital and arrived at this facility. My first impression wasn’t good. We walked up the sidewalk and was greated to 5 people sitting in wheelchairs. We were not greeted and I had to ask where we should go. The workers approached didn’t speak very good English. Eventually we found our room. When we walked in there was a roommate who was moaning. TheTV was blasting. We stood by my dads bed. We were afraid to sit for the sense it wasn’t clean. The phone lying on his bed was covered in black sticky substance. The tray was coverages in STICKY food. While waiting for a staff member, residents were walking back screaming as they had mental health concerns. My dad looked at me and said , “please don

This place is horrible my step dad fell out the bed twice and they left him on the floor we seen him on camera on the floor and had to drive to pick him up. Staff do not care about clients. There is a few good staff I made a few reports due to not feeding my non verbal step dad for 3days. My stepfather didn’t take a shower for 21 days. My step dad is 7 foot and had him in a twin bed. First day he arrived they weren’t prepared for him they told the hospital they had everything to meet his needs which was a lie they only wanted a bed filled. A staff said if we complained or caused issues about there poor treatment it would reflect the care and support they would give my step dad. I made a report with the state and that week my step dad fell out the bed again I had to drive again to the faci
