I had an excellent experience with The Euro Shop on Midlothian. Nate is friendly and clearly explained the issues that both of my vehicles had. The repairs were completed in a day , my Audi's run like new. I really enjoyed the detailed service record and estimate before the work began. I definitely recommend The Euro Shop for their professionalism and quality work!

The Euro Shop is hands down the best! They’ve worked on both my Mercedes and BMW, and every experience has been excellent. The service is quick, convenient, and done right the first time. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding—friendly, honest, and easy to work with. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust with European vehicles, but The Euro Shop absolutely delivers. Highly recommend!

For 2 years, after moving to Richmond, I’ve been looking for a local shop for my 2014 E-350 and I finally found it. Nate was really great. We came up with a long term plan for maintenance and repairs, without breaking the bank. This is important for me on my retired income. My wife and I happily left The Euro Shop very happy to have found this shop. We’re looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

I brought my car in a few weeks ago for repairs and had a great experience. They took the time to explain to me everything that needed to be done and answered any questions I had. They even washed my car before I picked it up! Highly recommend bringing your car here!
