The Garage

Took my 2012 JKU to The Garage for wheels and tires. I had originally wanted a tire size that was considered "not safe" but the guys at The Garage (Rich and team) spent a considerable amount of time with going over my options. Needless to say, not only does my Jeep look and ride great, its safe! Thanks Guys. - Client for life

This place has had such a TRAGIC fall from grace in recent years. My family and I used to go here for all of our car troubles, and they would typically do just fine by us. But within this past year, I've had coolant troubles with my car that, for whatever reason, took them four visits to properly diagnose (cracked thermostat). Every visit before that, they just shrugged, gave me a new radiator cap, and sent me on my way. This would've been a forgivable outcome if they had ACTUALLY CORRECTLY fixed it. They fixed the thermostat, but then left hoses disconnected, which almost resulted in me overheating on the highway. I had to bring it back AGAIN, which I had to miss a day of work for. Very friendly staff no issues there - but I was charged $144 for a synthetic oil change. I was told by several people thereafter that I was overcharged. I didnt think to ask about pricing ahead of time because I didnt think it would be that much. I have a Nissan Rogue Sport and I’ve previously paid $60 for oil changes at my local Nissan dealership. I decided to come here because its very close to my job but I will not returning due to the prices.

They didn't want to help me because it's just changing a tire and they don't make any money.and Iam spanish lady.

The one word I want to use about these people is "honesty." They were all very helpful with my car's issue, they told me the absolute truth and showed me what they were talking about. I left there more educated about my car. They really do--pun more or less intended--go the extra mile
