Joe and the entire team at Village Auto Body were outstanding. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They took their time to address all of my questions/concerns regarding the multiple dents and chipped paint on my car door. After dropping my car off on Friday, I was amazed that within just a couple of hours it looked good as new. The quality of their work and the level of customer care they provide truly sets them apart, and I cannot thank Joe and the rest of the staff enough. Joe and the crew at Village Auto Body were great with my son’s car. Brand new Mustang and someone hit him, we brought it to Joe and the process from there was seamless. He told us the exact steps to take with the insurance company and ordered the parts right away so we didn’t have to wait for them when we brought the car in for repairs. He fixed the car quick (which required a whole new door and body work down the passenger side and rim). Car looks back to new!! There were calls and emails all along letting us know the process and any question I sent in an email was responded to right away. Village Auto Body in Hampton Bays did an amazing job repairing and painting my Tucson after it was damaged by a deer. Jim and Joe where so helpful, personable and professional.
