I really hate to see so many unsatisfied customers. My experience has been a pretty good one. The brakes on a car I purchased needed to be replaced and they didn’t give me a hard time. I got new brakes as well as rotors after I requested they look at them for me. I just got my first oil change with the service shop. I also witnessed the owner show some employee recognition to the technicians which meant a lot to me because when you treat your employees well they in return do good work so I know my car is in good hands! I most definitely have recommend this place to friends of mine. Every time I go in everybody is always nice and helpful. My car sales rep Jaylon was very helpful with my purchase as well as Jenny! All of the guys in the office have been very nice and professional.

I feel this repair shop is too high and they do not care about their customers. I was a repeat customer even though people was telling me they were too high for their services. The last time I went to them they estimated my repairs at 2000.00 so I decided to take it some where else and get a second opinion. When I asked them to tow it back to my house they tried to charge me a 100.00 more than the price of the tow and diagnostic test. I'm glad I went elsewhere because I got the same service plus a new set of tires for 1500.00.

I reached out and called the garage in Gordon highway about my vehicle. They answered the phone in a timely matter with great customer service respect and care for others needs! They were proficient, and consistent & considering with understanding what was needed and done based on my transportation, they assured me everything would be fine and taken care of and the professionalism couldn't be match all in a matter of 2 days. I ain’t even gonna lie, the garage on Gordon Hwy really came through for me. From the second I pulled up, they were cool, respectful, and actually listened to what I had going on with my car. They wasn’t talking over me or trying to make me feel slow about nothing. They broke everything down so I could understand it and kept it real the whole time. They got straight to work, didn’t have me sitting around all day, and had my car fixed way quicker than I expected. It’s hard to find people that move fast and do the job right, but they did both. If you need your car fixed and don’t want no runaround, that’s definitely the spot. They solid, professional, and they really look out.

I bought a car from them that seemed to have everything fixed on it. Always well for about two days before the motor started knocking and the windshield wipers haven’t been replaced like it said it had and several other parts needed to be replaced. With the government shut down, my paychecks have been short so they came up with an arrangement to work with me. It was great and we were all happy. I ended up paying for the replacement myself Since I had that payment arrangement made. Five days before I’m supposed to pay that arrangement I get a call and Jenny says they need that payment today. I explained to her that I couldn’t do that that we had made an arrangement that I thought was going to be honored.
