I’ve been working with German Car Shoppe since my warranty ran out on my 2013 Mercedes C300 6-7 years ago. A couple of years ago the shop went under new ownership. The new owners, managers and mechanics are very detailed in the work performed and have definitely increased the quality of the experience. I appreciated discussing the details of the work that my car seriously needed while looking at the problems with the mechanic. He took the time to educate me on every issue and did not talk down to me. He went through priorities so I could plan and budget for the work to be performed. My first time going to the German Shoppe I was impressed with the Professionalism and Down-to-Earth personality. Shawn was great with explaining everything that needed to be done for the car. Great communication, honest, and working with my crazy schedule, I greatly appreciated so much. They are very detailed and willing to go above and beyond to help you get your car fixed or maintained. This was my first visit to the German Car Shoppe, and I expected nothing less than high-quality service, especially since I’ve always taken my vehicle to dealerships in the past. I provided a detailed history of the car to ensure they understood its background. My car just turned 10 years old this year and has roughly 87,000 miles. I was a bit surprised when they called to inform me of a massive list of repairs totaling nearly $8,200, on a 10-year-old vehicle. I wouldn't take a German car to any other shop in Colorado. This was the best, friendliest, and most knowledgeable service I've ever received. I have an old 1995 Audi and they knew exactly what they were doing and gave me a diagnostic report that was beautiful. They worked with me to do the work I wanted to do now and forecast out the work I want to do later. Top-Tier Service. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Excellent service. The 380Sl Mercedes had been sitting in a garage for several years. They went through the entire car and ordered difficult parts and inspected the entire car and it is now in great shape and runs perfectly. They called often with progress reports and both Adam and Blaine went above and beyond to assure everything was done right.
