The Green Home

My mother has been at this facility for over 12 years. It’s like a roller coaster ride, good days and bad days. Constant turnover of personnel including the administration position. Since my mother has been there, there have been five different administrators, which is never a good sign. They all profess to changing things for the better, but it never happens, they just leave for greener pastures. The good employees they do have, which in my opinion are few, seem to be taken advantage of, and then they also leave. There is no communication or follow up in important situations. I wish we had better options in this area, but it is what it is. Just stay vigilant.

My friend's mother fell on first day arrival and was a fall patient. She then had bed alarms and fell on her own again by getting up and gashed her forehead very deeply and they wanted to do paperwork before calling 911. Bleeding all over and ona blood thinner med. I had to call 911 and they all stood around dumbfounded basically. They disciplined her because of her mouthy words by placing her in a chair for hours at a nursing station where bells continuously ring loudly. They never dressed her for the day and left her in her pajamas without her teeth to even eat. The bathroom had feces all over the seat from her roommate. They never communicated anything . Do not take your loved ones here!!!!!

Beautiful nursing home. Great atmosphere.

Nursing kitchen and cleaning were very good. Some. Cnas were excellent while others were negligent and non caring. P t and o t had little compassion for my infection and pain

The nursing staff is the best around. So friendly kind and knowledgeable. Everyone who works there makes sure all needs as being met. They have done an amazing job caring for my friend who is currently and in past stay there. I know if anything would happen to me I would hope to be placed there and would have no problem with any family members staying there. I actually would recommend it
