Today I met an employee named Joshua Farmer (service advisor) I came to Joshua because I had tires that had locks on them and I didn't have the key. I went all over Texarkana trying to find someone who had a key. I told Joshua my problem, he automatically assured me that he was going to solve my problem before I leave there even if they didn't have a matching key. Not only did he fix my problem at a very decent price, he had my vehicle washed inside and out at no charge. I'm not even a customer but he treated me like I was the TOP customer.

We had a great car buying experience here! Abbey, Scott, and another gentlemen (who's name I cannot remember, but I believe he was a sales manager with brown curly hair!) were so incredibly kind and helpful. Abbey is so personable and fun, and we had a great time talking with her. There was a woman up in the GMC building who helped with our down payment and she was also very sweet. The first day I went in, I accidentally left my purse at work and didn't have my ID to do a test drive. They were so kind about it and they still made sure I got to look inside the car I was interested in. They made an appointment to get me in for the test drive the next day, and the rest went smoothly.
