I am very pleased and impressed with Heath and the Hail Shop. Quality: The truck looks brand new with no evidence of a dent anywhere. A conventional body shop wanted to replace the roof. Heath assured me that wouldn't be necessary, and it wasn't. The truck looks great! Speed: The conventional body shop couldn't get me in for months. Heath got me in within a week of me calling him. Once I brought the truck in, the process of submitting the claim and the actual repairs were done within a week. Service: Heath handled the whole process and kept me updated. He provided a rental and shuttled me to and from the rental place. He made it as easy and painless as possible. Cost: It didn't cost me a dime out of pocket. He waived my deductible as promised and provided a rental car even though

Took my car to the Hail Shop after they put a flyer on my car advertising no deductible. I thought it was too good to be true but I didn’t spend a dime with them and the process was quick and painless. Big thanks to Eric for taking good care of me, his customer service is impeccable. They even paid for me to have a rental car while they worked on mine. Just an all around awesome experience. Thanks for being awesome, Eric! $9000 worth of hail damage gone and my car looks brand new.

Let's just say I was skeptical and hesitant at first when I first came across a business card for The Hail Shop placed on my truck. The hail damage, my busy work schedule, and high deductible insurance I had was a big concern until I met Sean. I spoke with my insurance only two times to get my claim going and to check on the progress. Sean and his professional team took care of the rest, I never spoke with insurance again, and they got me a 2025 Toyota Camry rental until repairs were finished. I feel as though I got really lucky to come across these guys or this was just simply expert marketing and outstanding service execution. The Hail Shop is absolutely fantastic. My wife and I used them after receiving several thousand dollars worth of Hail damage to both of our cars. They came back looking like new. Eric was a joy to work with, very communicative about the process, helped us file our claims, and made sure that our cars were completed in a very reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend The Hail Shop for anyone with Hail damage.

I am so impressed by the work this shop has done with 3 of my vehicles… and they looked terrible after the hail went thru my part of town. Heath the gentleman I was dealing with ,was very professional ,kind ,and always kept me in the loop about progress and knew how to maneuver and talked with insurance companies to get the job done. Heath surpassed my expectations and The Hail Shop has one hell of a dedicated man working for them and they have my business for life with the miracle they’ve provided to me and my family.
