OUTSTANDING SERVICE FOR MY MINI! I had an amazing experience with The HAUS! I brought in my 2006 Mini Cooper S Convertible and from the moment I arrived, I got a great feeling, super friendly, honest, and professional. They were incredibly accommodating with my schedule and got the work done faster than expected without cutting corners. It’s rare to find a place where you feel taken care of and not taken advantage of. The service was top-notch, and I left with peace of mind knowing my car was in great hands. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

The service at The Haus (Sherman Oaks) is always outstanding! Staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Been coming here since 2021. Setting up (and modifying) appointments are easy. Estimates of work are clear and documented, and I always appreciate thorough responses to any questions. I’ve had inquiries and adhoc visits outside of service appointments and they always accommodated. Keep up the great work and service!

My Mini had not been serviced in FOREVER. I was thinking I had a $4000 job ahead of me. Josh was very concerned with balancing the job with the cost. They had me out the door in a day with a smooth-running car for under 2K. I am a very satisfied customer. - Matt Sklar

I’ve been going to The Haus for a couple of years now and am very pleased with the service. The customer service is quick and responsive and the technicians really know what they’re doing. In terms of BMW servicing, they are an affordable and thorough. My only complaint is somewhat universal for independent shops; they charge 3 to 4% when you use a credit card. Older German cars often mean unexpected issues; using a credit card gives flexibility to respond to high expenses and major work. To avoid the fee, I normally use debit/cash. I know it’s not the fault of the shop, but I think when work is over a certain threshold there should be a consideration of waving this fee. Otherwise, I appreciate having this shop in my neighborhood and trust them with my BMW.

Very happy with the repairs to my wife's mini.The dealership wanted a ridiculous $17,000 to repair the engine. In other words they don't do real repairs they just change parts. Steve quoted me a much more reasonable price and completed the job in a week. Plus did a few extras for no additional fees. Great way to get customers loyalty!
