Jacob did a great job! Kept me updated throughout the process, was able to get all the dog hair off my headliner and out of the carpet, and almost all the years old slobber from my great dane out of the leather which is not an easy task. There were a few spots I wasn't happy with and he was more than willing to correct it. Great customer service and you can tell he takes pride in his work 10/10 would recommend! 👏
