the best Honda service shop in KC. my family has been coming here since before i was born. at this point, probably dozens of different Honda cars have been through here and the service is always impeccable. you won’t find a more honest, thoughtful and thorough shop.

We’ve been taking our Hondas to the Import Shop since 2000 (24 years). In fact, we only buy Hondas (accords, odyssey, crvs) because we trust in the Import Shop. We have moved further south yet still drive our vehicles here for repairs. We have asked them their opinions on vehicle purchases and sales. They are honest, reasonable, friendly, and go above and beyond and we truly value their services.

I bought a POS car from out of state off of good faith with this mechanic. They told me the car was in such great shape, they would buy it. When the car arrived it had about 3000$ worth of work needed and was so rusted that the mechanic here was worried it would need more repairs after working on it. Oh and the DRIVE SHAFT WAS MISSING. I had a lot of headache because I trusted this company .. beware

Harriet is the best. We've taken our four Hondas to the Import Shop for 20 years and have always been pleased. The diagnosis is spot on and the repair options are kept to a reasonable price. They are also flexible on the drop off and pick up after hours if we pay by credit card. We've always been pleased and will keep taking our Hondas there.
