The KAR Shop

I've taken both of my cars here for years and have always been happy with the service. Unlike other auto shops I've gone to, this one has clear communication on repairs and costs, gets repairs done quickly, and I've never had to take a vehicle in more than once for the same issue.

Last Tuesday I decided I couldn’t ignore my car leak any longer. I did a really quick google search for local mechanics, saw this place had some pretty good reviews so I called and explained what was going on and they said to come in as soon as I could. When I got there, Kris was super kind and I didn’t feel like I was just going to be another transaction. He let me know a timeframe and kept me updated on what was going on. My car is old (and a ford 😭) and I knew a lot was wrong with it already. I got a link to everything that was wrong in a categorized, most urgent order. I selected what I could afford and then I got a text that they would start working on what I confirmed then got the text that they were done an hour later.
