Pros: bad credit is acceptable and buying process is smooth, and cars are dependable. cons; customer relation is lacking. Poor communication. Plus they lie a lot and they don’t refinance. And if you try to leave they threaten to mess up your credit and pretty much the threaten you and try to sabotage your life. I mean, what did I expect from a last resort dealership. The only reason anyone will buy a car here is if they have bad credit. Sorry to break it to you. They will make it worst. I learn the hardway, I should have waited and gone else where. This review is for so you don’t make my mistake.

I bought a 2007 Ford f150 from these guys. I liked the truck from the get go. The price was fair. They don't really come down on the sticker, but the vehicles are pretty much priced to sell. Drove off and used it as a daily driver for about 3 weeks before I noticed a misfire in one of the cylinders. Mind you, I bought the truck as-is with no warranty implied. I called J.R. (the salesperson) and he told me to bring the truck in so he could test drive it. Well, we spent about an hour and a half trying to diagnose the problem. We brought it to a mechanic and had the spark plugs and boots changed as well as put on a new oil filter housing gasket. Basically a tune up which will run you about $400-600 at a dealership. J.R. took care of the bill and I'm more than satisfied with the truck. Honestl
