HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!Unreasonable and disloyal.!!! They actively knew we were interested in purchasing a vehicle but went ahead and sold it under us to someone living outside the city. No loyalty to this community personal. No courtesy to us as returning customers. They wanted to be in good standings with the second person of interest but failed to be loyal and understanding to their own customer and community.! By saying they wouldn’t want to sell it under the second person of interest but did it to us even though we had clear communication about our interest. Mind you we went back because we thought it was a good place and honest people but we were wrong. My first time going to a dealership and I definitely chose the right one! Candice was an amazing help through the entire process and made me feel extremely comfortable with the vehicle I bought and worked with me every step of the way to make sure I had everything I needed done. She even dropped my new vehicle off at my work for me with a full tank of gas! This was truly a memorable experience not only for me getting a car I love but dealing with someone who really cared about my experience and did absolutely everything in there power to make sure I was secure in my purchase. I do not do reviews, but this place truly deserves a great review. I purchased a vehicle from Candice earlier August. Runs good, looks good, and it was a good price. This is not about the car though, Candice is amazing. Really nice, great customer service and she went above and beyond to help me when there was a problem with the paperwork. Went in to speak to her about the paperwork error and she had the problem filed and fixed the next day. She even paid the fees and mailed it for me. I would recommend The Little Details Auto Sales to anyone, I Hated dealerships..before I found this one. Thank You so much Candice, your amazing.

I had the best experience with this dealership, Candice was beyond helpful and transparent. I couldn't be more happier, everything went very smooth and the vehicle I chose is excellent. My credit is not the best although Candice managed to find me a great bank to assist me in this purchase. I would recommend this dealer to anyone searching for their next vehicle!
