I recently visited The Loop Tire and Brake for a tire issue, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! I arrived a bit late, around 4:15, but the team was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help me out, even though they were closing. The two gentlemen who assisted me were not only super helpful but also incredibly respectful and friendly. They quickly found me a quality used tire and had it changed in no time. If you're looking for a reliable tire shop with great customer service, I highly recommend The Loop Tire and Brake. They truly care about their customers and deliver exceptional service! I had the absolute Best experience Ever with this Tire Shop!!! They ordered my tires and received them the same day! Abe was very professional and pleasant to work with. When he started working on my tires, he noticed that my brakes, pads, and rotors were completely worn down and he searched around for shops that could replace them all for me but no one could do the work that day. Surprisingly Abe was willing to try to do the work himself tho he had never done break work on a Mercedes Benz!!! He was so kind and patient with me and VERY helpful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE THAT NEEDS BRAKES AND TIRES!!

James and Moe were great! Very friendly and efficient. Got me in and out in 15 minutes flat. Great prices and quality too! Highly recommend
