⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️—Since moving to Frederick in 2021, The Lube Center on Buckeystown Pike has been my go-to—and I won’t go anywhere else. From the moment I pull in, the staff greets me with genuine enthusiasm. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do, and that energy carries through the entire experience. While I wait, I’m always offered coffee or water and can literally watch their craft unfold right in front of me. One thing I truly appreciate is that they never push products. I ask for oil and an oil filter—that’s exactly what I get. No pressure about air filters, cabin filters, or upsells. They still take care of the essentials every time by topping off washer fluid and checking tire pressure. I did have one minor issue once where a valve stem cap was tightened so much I couldn’t remove

I absolutely love this Lube Center. They always take such great care of me, and they remember me! My career has me on the road driving lots of miles, so I end up needing my oil changed and maintenance more frequently. Last night I came in for an oil change, and Tony noticed that my serpentine belt was really starting to fray and deteriorate. It meant so much to me that they were able to identify that, AND change it for me!! I had a car a few years ago where the belt snapped while I was driving and left me on the side of the road. I was getting my oil changed at a different company at that time that didn’t check those things, and I was more inexperienced with cars, and didn’t even know it could happen! This Lube Center has the best service and people. Pleasant from start to finish! You’ll be greeted with smiles, detailed explanations on what they’re doing and a play by play as it happens. Jay was my service tech and he was awesome. Never knew oil changes could be an enjoyable experience.

Great experience. Luke took good care of the service. wansn't too pushy about wiper.airfilter.cabinfilter replacement needs. Was a little more expensive than dealer oil change ( titanium - synthetic, includes oil filter), but came with a coupon for a free $29 carwash across the street, which brought it down to below dealer price. love the drive in, wait in your car and watch experience. Today was a very long wait (just over an hour) but when I say it was worth it I mean it. I had my 3 year old grandson with me and they were so kind to both of us. I had excellent customer service and they even offered me some advice about my tires that I need to replace. So thank you Hayden for being so kind today.
