I came in for an electronic install. Suppose to take 2hrs. Took 8 hrs and they couldn’t do it. Had to go somewhere else. They broke a screw cover on the A pillar, didn’t tell me, and tried to cover it up by supergluing it back on. Didn’t work. Left dirty handprints all over my interior. Very bad communication throughout the entire process and they just wanted me gone at the end of the failed install.

Very honest and communicative. Called with a roadside emergency on a Saturday, they were super willing to see us immediately. Checked out the brake cylinder issue, took everything apart, took us out and walked us through the issue and their recommendation. Very honest, very helpful, didn’t try to charge for extra services that other places would have.

Professional, thorough, and honest. I brought in a new-to-me car and asked for an oil and brake fluid change. After checking all the fluids, they informed me that the brake fluid was brand new and did not need changing. Who does that?! They also offer a 10% military discount and free soda/water while you wait in very comfy chairs. My kind of place!

They did great! In and out fast, and did good work. They don’t leave your car dirty either, good costumer service. Highly recommend.

Although, I was appreciative they took my truck in for service 10 min before closing, in their haste they did not replace the screws to the air breather cover. Sounds like an easy fix but it's not. They are OEM special order. For 6 screws cost me $25.50 and that's after scouring the internet for the best price. The dealer sells them for over $5 each. They wanted me to drive the truck back to their shop to see if they could fix the issues. I live over 35 miles away and wasn't going to with a lose cover. When I get the screws in and secure the cover, I'll go back with the receipt to see if they'll reimburse me. We'll see and report back.
