The Mansions at Decatur Senior Independent Living

Living at The Mansions has been a positive move—even better than I expected. A supportive staff, friendly residents, and plenty of activities add up to a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle. Living here is truly carefree for my pupster and me.

We joined the Mansions family in June of 2021. After checking out other similar facilities, we knew immediately that this was where we wanted to be. The floor plan that we choose was like a real home. We have wonderful new friends and are proud to bring family and friends for a good meal….and to show off our beautiful apartment. The staff is wonderful, always making sure we have everything we need. Our children are delighted with the 24/7 folks looking out for us. This was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Here at Mansions at Decatur I have found the friendliest and most caring people I have ever lived around. Our facilities are attractive and comfortable. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. We residents feel as if we are part of a large family who genuinely care about each other. Our three meals each day are delicious, nutritious and attractively served. We are privileged to enjoy a variety of activities that include everything from strength building exercises to painting. Those who enjoy gardening have the opportunity to grow everything from flowers to tomatoes. We have super transportation via the Mansions bus to everything from doctors appointments to museum visits. When any of our residents die, there is a resident led Memory Service that honors our deceased friend and neighbo
