I'm a Realtor who has been showing property property for 25 years. This is by far one of the nicest communities. All inclusive: Tennis, community center with top of the line exercise equipment, preserved acres of land, and two beautiful restaurants on the pristine beach. Buying in Marbella is a treat because you will not only be part of the Pelican Bay but will live in true elegance! Complete concierge service, fine dining, and luxurious living amidst friendly people. This is one of the best properties I have ever shown.

This is beautiful self-contained high-rise condo with limited medical facilities, restaurants (3, served by one kitchen) and periodic entertainment. It is meticulously maintained with decisions coming from residents. The management company that runs the building has proven to be extremely friendly and helpful. Security is decent but not overbearing. Not surprisingly, if the front desk folks don't know you, they have to call up to the room you're visiting. It's expensive. You buy the condo unit and pay pretty steep monthly fees but, for those who can afford/justify it, the expense can easily be worth it.
