The Master Car Wash

Great experience when I visited in November. I had previously enjoyed the service when it was Dukes and was happy to discover the quality service continues. Paid for the Bronze full service: car was nicely cleaned inside and out, timely service and a comfortable indoor waiting area. Friendly employees as well. I will definitely return when I'm in the Harrisonburg area. Thanks!

I was alittle disappointed. I paid for the best since my car was DIRTY, so I expected closer to perfection. Windshield was streaked, bug crap still on front of car. It was an ok job but not sure I'll go back. And I gave them a great tip hoping that would go the extra mile. But no...

I had a coupon for $5 off the Gold outside. Great job. The price after coupon was $23. I gave the attendant $30 dollars cash and told her the $7 was a tip for the ones who took care of my car. She assured me it went in a shared jar. B4 I left i received a receipt for $28 and $2 change. First I received no change Second with the coupon the price was to be $23 with a $7 tip. I question the integrity of the employee who checked me in whom it appears kept the tip. I really like the job they did on my car. The ones who did the work should have shared the tip. Sad situation

I was in town on vacation with my family and was looking for a car wash to get my sister's car cleaned and ready for the drive back to her house as an early birthday present. After searching the area I came across the master car wash on google and decided to stop by and give their service a try. They were SO accommodating and kind. I paid for a full service (Bronze) and asked if they could pressure wash the car seat covers that go under the kids car seats as they have seen better days but cannot be machine washed. They not only did that but after vacuuming and detailing the interior they brought the car in to be washed. They first pressure washed the exterior and then gave the car a good scrub with brushes for both the exterior of the car and the wheels before sending it down the track. Th

My experience of this car wash is very different from when it was Duke's. My car just had a gold interior/exterior service. When I left, the interior was spotless. Same meticulous attention to detail as before. On the exterior, however, there was visible dirt on the rear and top of the car. Guano streaks had not been completely removed from the windows. There were small specks elsewhere that had not been removed. Overall, it looked like the interior was done by hand and the exterior maybe just went through the machine. I spent 20 minutes when I got home finishing the job. They have also changed the waiting room to have a blaring TV news channel instead of restful silence and glossy magazines.
