We took our 2019 Sprinter in for service and Aaron was the most knowledgeable and one of the most respectful technicians that we have ever dealt with. He found issues with pulleys and belts and corrected those and at very reasonable prices for working on Mercedes! Highly recommended! He will be the only to work on ours from now on and we have literally been to places all over the lower 48. Hands down.

First time trying them out and 0/10 I would not recommend. I will never go back to them EVER! Customer service is horrible! Hired them to fix gas fuel pumps. Got my car back n it wasn’t fixed properly. Car gas meter dropped from half a tank to zero while driving the car. All kinds of lights came on. I missed work n many opportunities behind them not properly fixing my car. They did not want to compensate me for the inconvenience. Steer clear of this place!

They did their diagnostics and brought to my attention of other issues leaks, and bad pullies, and a fuel leak, and tpms light and brake pad wear light, etc I agreed that I wanted everything fixed that they suggested and especially the oil leak. I gave them a $1500 deposit in good faith for the parts and they told me I could return in a week or so when the parts came in so they could began to fix my Mercedes Sprinter Van. Can’t recommend these guys enough!! The knowledge they have of Mercedes vehicles is the some of best in the industry. I went to plenty of other mechanics wasting money trying to get my car fixed but these guys knew what to do straight away. They always manage to fit me in asap when I don’t have much time and charge reasonable prices!
