From the moment I called to schedule an appointment I was impressed with their professionalism. They helped in finding a convenient time for me to bring my car in for repairs. Upon arriving to the center I was listened to attentively, as I described my issue I had been experiencing with my car. Josue assured me that he would thoroughly inspect it and identify the problem. Josue demonstrated expertise and efficiency and diagnosing and fixing the issue and explained the repairs needed in clear terms, taking the time to answer my questions. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Modern Mechanic for some much-needed work on my car and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. First and foremost Josue was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled he was able to diagnose the issue with my car quickly and accurately which save me both time and money. I recently went to the Modern Mechanic for repairs needed for my air conditioning and received amazing service. Not only was my initial concern of my a/c not blowing cold addressed but Josue was also able to help diagnose the warning lights I had on my dashboard. He also further inspected my vehicle in order to inform me of other concerns I will have to address in the future and overall be aware of. Altogether, Josue worked efficiently, thoroughly, and demonstrated a high level of expertise. I would highly recommend the Modern Mechanic :)
