The Muff Shop / Bud's Muffler

I needed an expansion joint on my exhaust replaced and was reading reviews to find out a shop that was both local and had good reviews. I found "The Muff Shop" on Google maps and called them and we had to sync up our calendars but we got the car in on a Saturday. Jesus and his brother are great people, really personable and was upfront with the quote and the costs. They explained everything and some different scenarios that may incur more labor. As it turned out it did take more work that expected but was totally understood that they would be doing the best possible for the installation. BROKE MY MIRROR while working on my truck and are refusing to by a new one a major hassle have to get my insurance involved avoid going here at all cost if you don’t want a mutli-month headache and horrible communication should be shut down

Worst experience of all of the hundreds of shops I've been too to work on my 1961 impala, !!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!after being quoted 200 dollars to run a straight pipe exhaust I dropped my car off at 10 oclock in the morning on a thursday and was told it would be done BY 5 PM at 430 I called and he said it would be done by 7 pm and at 8 pm when I drove to the shop to pick it up he said 12 pm the next day then at 1230 the next day I went to the shop and he still wasn't half way done so my dad told him to stop and give us back the mufflers we had payed for separately and the collectors that the headers came with that I installed, so he cut my mufflers (12 inch cherry bombs) at the base so that they couldn't be used again and the same goes for my collector.
