The New Babylon Honda Service & Parts

I had an excellent experience at Babylon Honda. The staff was professional, friendly, and never pushy. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and respected. My service advisor Vincent took the time to answer all my questions and helped me with whatever services i need. Everything was explained clearly with no surprises. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and comfortable. I left feeling confident about the work performed and will definitely recommend Babylon Honda service to family and friends. I want to give a special shout out to Kevin and Melanie for helping me out with my car service. They got my car in and out of service and record time including oil change, tire alignment, coolant flush and inspection renewed. Best team at Honda

I went for oil change and inspection on November 3. My service advisor, Juan Serrano is friendly. He explained me what they did and gave me some suggestions. The environment is nice clean. Everyone is nice. I will go back again.

I waited 6-hours at there facility just so they could tell me that the car will most likely be ready three days for now but the parts should come in miraculously by the next day. When I had issues with the car they told me to under report the damages to my warranty service number, so I could come back a second time because they were forgetting to tell them what was neglected. Of course there's more to the story but try them out for yourself.

Received service here 10 years ago for my rear brakes. Just found out from my own mechanic that I don't have those type of breaks I supposedly got serviced. I have no idea what the hell they did that I was charged for, so in my mind this service department stole my money for made up services.
