THE OIL EXCHANGE

This the only place I take my vehicles for our oil changes. They are fast friendly and efficient.

I got an oil change and as soon as they finished and I left the engine light came on. When I returned to ask questions the worker told me it had nothing to do with the oil change. This is the second time it’s happened and another customer pulled in behind me and had the same complaint. This is usually my go to place, not anymore.

these guys are usually ok they give you this card for a free oil change on your 8th visit. and they act like never seen you when it comes to your 8th visit for the "free" oil change. did it to my wife and didn't reward our free oil change. Sadly they've lost a long time customer this time!

Got here Early Saturday, 9:05, they were done by 9:15. Standard synthetic oil change. Topped off fluids. In N Out

OK so first of all I have been coming to this place for quite some time now. But it seem as though since they cannot keep the same workers they are not working as diligently as they should be. After each time I get in oil change I asked them specifically how are all of my other fluids? On this particular day , the 21st I asked them how did my antifreeze look they said it was full good to go OK . Gave me the thumbs up and everything I said OK trusting what they said literally moments afterwards my car started to heat up so I decided to pull over and go to a local shop and they told me that my antifreeze was completely bone dry . I’m trying to figure out why would you tell me that I didn’t need anti freeze ? Its quite frankly dangerous and ridiculous. I will not patronize this location anymo
