The condos are cheaply built. NOTHING is designed or crafted with older people in mind. Toilets are standard height, cabinets can’t be reached with a step stool. The worst part is that the entire community is built on a hill. There is no level walking areas and no common area with trees or benches. Lastly, we were promised a 30d post move in touch up We kept a list of things of issues needed correcting. We completed the paperwork. After 60d they still haven’t shown up. The last excuse we got was that they’re too busy finishing up new builds. Regretful purchase
We experienced a good response from the Pasch team regarding our new condo. We were sent updates about the construction on a regular basis. We love the finished product. The location of Equine Meadows is very convenient to shopping and family.
We loved this place so much that we are buying a condo there!
