The Palms Car Wash & Laundry

We came to wash and my washer full of towels didn’t wash at all! I pad almost $4 for this washer and it almost had no water in it the entire cycle! They barely got a little damp! Their stained not evn stained but no dirty ness came off they weren’t washed at all! I’m so disappointed this was 3 washers I pad for! To not get a simple general wash! I’d like a refund or to be able to bring my stuff to get washed right? The ladies working were really nice it had nothing to do w them they were great but the washers were terrible!

My ID.4 app said Buddy was in the car with air conditioning, but it was not on when I was finished. Your pet policy sucks, but what can you do. Thank you for providing a great place to wash all my blankets, my pillow cases and two weeks worth of laundry for less than $20. May your business prosper.

I love this location!! The area is always so clean, the staff are very friendly, they take good care of the area itself! My husband and I come to do our laundry here and this place is worth the price!! Very clean! Highly recommend

Really stupid layout. They put the drying hose on the same side as the pressure washer, and like right next to it. It’s completely in the way.

The car wash looks great but it was literally the worst wash ever! The pressure was minimal at best and no soap
