The Parts House

Extremely rude customer service called this morning very polite to ask if they had a part the guy that answered the phone immediately began to be rude, his phone was going in and out and we began to ask our question this guy says " I just literally! Asked you a question" we are like what you didn't say anything! The parts house just lost my business ! I will never go here again! They definitely need to have some one else answer the phone!

This place was right on time for what's needed quick and reliable for what's needed at the time.

Diana is the absolute best! She helped me beyond measure. The Parts House has the absolute best prices and nicest down to Earth experts there to help.

I called and they answered within 10 seconds. the gentleman who answered the phone asked “what can I help you with” and was friendly while also asking “what location are you calling for?” Call went well for 20 seconds. Until, I stated “I need a right B-Pilar trim piece for a 2015 Tahoe”. The gentleman immediately said “I don’t sell parts to anyone” and proceeded to hang up the phone before I could communicate. If this place only sells parts to mechanics or dealerships then that should be advertise. Also, the gentleman simply could have said “we only sell to ….” Customer service on the fron-end is subpar for this matter. Good luck to this businesss and god bless.
