All the employees are excellent, sweet, attentive people, and above all, there is respect and empathy towards each of the residents. A very interesting fact is that all the employees are soaked in the knowledge of each resident's life and the care needed for each resident. It's fantastic.

Staff is amazing and so kind. A warm cozy and homey environment. we are so GRATEFUL for the care and love they provide. We highly recommend them❤️‍🩹!!

Horrible staff, horrible director, only about 1 nurse who actually cares while the rest are lazy and incompetent. Management acts like high schoolers, a lot that goes on that stays hidden from family members of the seniors living there. Would not recommend taking your worst energy here, let alone family. Don’t understand how they win Ruthie awards or how they haven’t been shut down yet

Extremely friendly management team and staff that take wonderful care of my mother. We made many trips to many wonderful facilities in Middle TN and this team just fit our mother's needs perfectly. Very communicative and GENUINELY care about the residents. A must visit if you are seeking care for a family member. You won't be disappointed. Happy to connect with anyone contemplating engaging with Pavilion for care.

Great facility with even BETTER staff. Especially their events director Patti Snyder
