The Pearl at Boulder Creek

The Pearl at Boulder Creek is a beautiful, friendly and supportive community. The newly remodeled building is super clean and fresh, the apartments and the views are really nice. The very best things about The Pearl are, well, there are so many! The residents are friendly, smart and very interested in making things nice for the community. The location is great, right off Folsom Field on the campus of CU. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. The staffers are kind and helpful and lead by the most wonderful general manager in the world. Overall, it is a wonderful place to live and to call home.

Their remodel is complete, this is one of the best if not the best places to live, relax, and enjoy retirement life. Oh, and the staff is unbelievable, the heart of the building is the Pub. Make sure you stop by and visit the Happy Place, in the center of the tower where the staff will make you feel like you’re already at home.

I visited The Pearl at Boulder Creek last spring. I met several residents that all spoke so highly of the place—living space, recreation, and food. I spent time at the Pub (Happy Place) managed by Brett Bell. The residents loved the food—they shared their favorites with me, and they loved Brett—they expressed how he genuinely cared about them. I tried two of the favorite items, the mushroom mac and cheese with pine nuts and the honey smoked salmon dip, two of Brett’s creations. Delicious!

The Pearl at Boulder Creek is absolutely beautiful. The residents had great things to say and love living there. I got to say that the Pub was my favorite part. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I can't brag about this facility enough. The atmosphere and food are outstanding. The staff is so caring and amazing. If you're looking for a wonderful place for a loved one, I suggest you start here first.
