The Peterbilt Store - Columbia

The Pete Store in Columbia SC, give great customer service when you check in. They offer few spaces for you to drop your trailer and a drivers lounge with laundry room. They also offer lunch from Subway. You have to fill out a request sheet and turn it in at customer service desk. They are prompt at repairing your truck depending on your status for repairs when you check in at the customer service desk. The staff are courteous and helpful. I would recommend this place for all your truck service needs. I give an overall “ A “👍 for this store.

Checked in at 5:30pm 2/4/26 out by 2pm on 2/5. Truck had all kinda of gremlins running around in it. quick diagnosis and repair took a bit due to parts needing to be ordered they got me back on the road quick for today’s world. They will also feed you if ur out of town having to wait on a truck. The Staff is a bunch of awesome people!!

I needed routine maintenance done and Kenworth told me it would be a week before they get me in. I called this location on a Friday afternoon and they said they’ll pull it in on Monday. I dropped it off on Friday and sure enough, I started getting notifications on Monday before i even got out of bed. This is my first time at this location and based off my first experience, I will definitely be back.

Best customer service goes out to Charles and Mark. Very helpful and patient By the way I’m from the augusta area and drive the extra 70miles just to make it to this parts store due to the competitive price their offer. They pretty much always have what i need in stock, i cant recommend these guys or this specific store enough.
