The Peterbilt Store - Delaware

The entire staff were professional and still had a great sense of humor. Their service Manager Roger and Morgan ensured my truck was going to be repaired and I was well taken care of. Here is my truth, I have been skeptical of”The Pete Stores” not feeling like they were not going to treat me like I’m treated at a dealership. They have gone above and beyond my expectations.

So, I don't know how to write this review better but my daughter absolutely loves Peterbuilt trucks (she's Autistic and likes big rigs). We were in town and saw this place and I thought I would take her into the store, she was ecstatic. But the person at the desk was absolutely more than amazing. He got prices for us for all the stuff there but ended up giving her a keychain as a memento. I don't think she has a more precious possession in her collectables. Either this place or the person at the desk (I think it was Kevin?) or both are truly the most priceless folks I've met that just didn't have to be nice. Even writing this brings tears to my eyes.

This place was great. I got towed here with a bad sudden coolant leak in my 579 with a Paccar mx-13. Got there around 10:30am and they were finished by 3:30pm. I couldn't believe they fixed the problem the same day I brought it there. I've gone to other places that really drag out the process and make it take an entire week. I'm grateful this place got me back on the road in a timely manner. Has a nice driver's lounge too with good wi-fi and free coffee.

I am a Peterbuilt man through it all but I will never use the store in Seaford Delaware ever again. The parts people are incompetent doing their job. I’m at the end of an N frame on my Peterbilt we started it seen the water pump was leaking so I change it called around the peach store and Seaford was the only one that said they had so I spent 5 1/2 hours on the road yesterday. Get back to the shop wrong pump call them back up. Oh we got to write pumpkin be here in the morning. Get there and he ordered the whole housing. I told him I don’t need the whole housing. I just need the pump well I can get it for you on Monday now mind you the truck has been down for over a month so now I’m forced to buy the whole Kit which is almost $700 now I got parts I’ll never use to the tune of another $300 a
