The Peterbilt Store - Hagerstown

Spent 5 days there fixing a regen issue and I didn't get out of sight of their sign before it coded again. They put a sensor in it but didn't do a manual regen because it was time to go home for the wkend. They kept changing techs that's why it took so long after they finally got the part. They admitted not regening it and said bring it in. But I'm out of KY.

Peterbilt provided excellent service from start to finish. Communication was clear, the work was completed as promised, and the team was professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with their turnaround time and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others.

Having lights issue in the evening. They got in the very next day and fixed the problem and told what was causing it. (Company obc) Thank you for a quick turn around.

These people have the parts you need and the service to back it up and get you back on the road!! Great team here!!

Best place to find peterbilt parts, if they don't have it they will make sure you get it from another location across the country. Great delivery drivers and the whole company is very friendly
