I recently brought my truck in due to a transmission failure alert. The service department informed me that it was caused by faulty programming and I considered that to be a manufacturer-related issue. Even though it sounded like something that should qualify under warranty, I was told it would not be covered, although they agreed not to charge me. However, when I picked up my truck two days later, it came back with additional problems: a check engine light immediately turned on, the original transmission alerts were still present, and my APU now fails to operate correctly. I trusted the dealership with the repair and unfortunately received the truck back in worse condition than when it arrived. Very disappointed in the results and hoping this can be resolved properly. I had a roadside repair in Cincinnati oh and when I got to georgia the next day, the repair had an issue. So I was loaded for upstate NY for a Saturday delivery. They was busy and took me anyway. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Fixed what the roadside repair neglected. Great team there, polite and ready to work.

If you’re thinking about taking your truck here please I urge you to take a full set of pictures of the exterior and interior. Recently had our truck there and during this time there were some deep gouges put into the interior. The Pete store declined to make it right while this vehicle had only 4.1k miles on it and no one using the passengers side of the vehicle. Lesson learned the hard way here! Shame the lack of accountability and integrity of businesses these days.

My truck 598 was serviced here as we had a breakdown with our faulty DEF quality sensor. The repair was done quick. In very professional manner and it didn’t heart our pocket as it could be. Thank you guys!!!
