The Peterbilt Store - Richmond

The experience we had with The Peterbilt Store was one of a kind top notch service. My husband interacted with Cameron over about a week preparing to make the purchase of our 1st truck so that we can start our own owner operator transportation business. We had a 5 hour ride before we were able to meet him to look over the truck,do the paperwork,& complete the purchase. We live in DE so we were @ 5 hours away. With traffic it took us almost 6.5 hours. We arrived with 15 minutes to spare before the store closed at 5p but Cameron took his time with us- we were able to take a test ride, give a thorough look over of the truck all the while Cameron was being very informative of all the features the truck has to offer. These guys are top notch They replaced a water pump for me under warranty while doing other repair work on an egr valve. Some dealers take weeks or months, I flew home and got a call 2 days later they were done and was amazed. They really helped me out and did work Friday Saturday etc to get me rolling ASAP. If you ever need anything done on paccar or your Pete, come here.

Russell and Mike provided top notch service from the mobile mechanic to the store service, it is hard to find this level of knowledge and service together! They came on time, truck was ready when they said it would be, and they fixed the issue. Highly recommend this location!

Don’t buy from this store, had a deal worked out and was supposed to pick up the truck the following week. Already had all financing, insurance and everything in place for this truck. Then got a notification online that the truck was sold so I called the sales guy and he proceeds to tell me that I didn’t want that truck anyway and that it had all kinds of issues but he has other trucks to sell me… yeah I’ll take my business elsewhere

This place is awesome, got me in the shop in less than 2 hours even though they're 3 days behind. On top of that the staff is friendly. They even have a discounted corporate hotel rate and even a free lunch. They also have a huge driver lounge overseeing truck repairs, with two quiet rooms a shower and even a pool table with a huge flat screen and recliners. If I could give this place more stars I would. Best peterbilt I've been too.
