The Pete Store is extremely a good company. Every time I’ve been into one of The Pete Store locations I’ve always had good luck the last Pete store I went into was in North Haven, Connecticut and dealt with Brad service manager. He took my part to a fabrication shop himself and waited while they did the work and brought it back to get me rolling again. What a great service manager.

Called the North Haven location this spoke to very knowledgeable young lady about air tank straps which were in stock she took my name and when I went there she already pulled from stock and had them ready for me! Now that is service at its best.

Came here to pick an order made from the phone, place is neat and conveniently located off 91. Place is clean and very well organized,polite guys in front desk and prompt service.

Dick Berluti and Axel Swanson are two very knowledgeable truck guys. Just placed an order for a new class 8 tractor and was treated very good. Great product knowledge and research to spec for my specific vocation. Thanks!

I’m an over the road driver and of course when I’m way out from my homebase is the time I need a major repair done. I came to this shop and I am so thankful I did. These people are awesome. It ended up being time for me to bake and clean my DEF filter, and I had some other issues going on and they addressed everything for me in a very timely manner and did great work. They worked with me in every aspect to truly help me. I believe the guys name was James. I think He’s the main mechanic there. He really knows his stuff and he did a great job and didn’t mind one bit talking with me and keeping me informed of exactly what he was doing. The two service writers, Luke and Brandon I believe.
