The RipTide Car Wash

First, this is a great car wash! I really appreciate the free cleaning supplies they have available with the vacuums. I’m mainly writing this because I need to thank Adrian and all the employees there! My car battery died randomly while I was there recently and they all went out of their way to help me jump my car, and when that didn’t work, to help me replace the battery. It was a stressful situation and I really appreciate how kind everyone was. I’ll definitely be back!

I cancelled my membership but my card keeps being charged. Not only that, they tried to charge me double amount the 4th month which is why my card company flagged it, bringing it to my attention. This is fraud. I am bringing tthis practice to the public attention by this review while I make sure the county and law enforcement authorities are aware of this.

They are scammers. I canceled my card in August they still charged me for August and September and I’ve contacts the corporate office they still haven’t refunded me my money. They claim they’ll cancel your account and still keep charging you never go here they do nothing to assist…. I did cancel my membership on August 9 but you still charged my card August 12 and also September so I have sent request for a refund and they have not responded to that! I would like my money back and when I went to the car wash they said they fired the girl for not properly canceling people membership but keep saying they can’t refund me my money for charging me for 2 months that I did not go there

When I went to this car wash I was a member of another which she not be named. But boy oh boy when I became a member here I felt at home Chris, Trysta, and Derrick are all invited to the barbecue!!! They made me feel at home and answered and took care of all my questions and needs.family friendly staff and very accommodating. I definitely recommend

I had a really great experience at this car wash the sales lady I believe summer was extremely nice her customer service was excellent and I can say that as someone in the customer service field and she had an overall good vibe.
