I bought a used 2020 travel trailer and when I showed up there where alot more scuffs ,wear and the screen on the screen door pretty tore up,I also paid them $1000 for a 30 day full warranty where they are supposed to go threw it thourowly which they should do anyway.After a few days the toilet started leaking and I didn't have time from work to pull it way up to the dealership so had a moble guy fix it cost another $300 ,I asked if I could get help with the labor not the full service call got no response. I also show up and both batteries looked like junk and where covered with corrosion so bad you couldn't see the cables,no way I would sell something like that to someone. My wife and I have been shopping for toy haulers for awhile. We came across a decent option they had. When I showed up Annika greeted me & showed me a couple other options they had. Everyone at the RV Store was great to deal with. My delivery was more complicated than most with added accessories I ordered to be installed prior to delivery and transport to my location in Texas. But, from our sales person, Annika to the service department team, everyone worked to get the unit ready and, more importantly, correct. They didn’t rush our decision to buy and they didn’t rush the unit out the door. They took the time to make things right at every step!
