I have worked with sales and service at this company and everyone has been very helpful and caring. This company cares about the customers. Oh boy! This was one bumpy ride! I hope you all find this review well! I called ahead of time to discuss this vehicle with Jeremy and he was very professional and friendly over the phone and we set up a time to have me come in and test drive this vehicle that following Monday. I went in and tested the car out and knew it was mine lol! I loved it so much and I got approved but unfortunately there was a bump in the road at NO FAULT OF THE DEALERSHIP with the lender and it was not approved. Jeremy worked hard to make this right and helped me find a different lender and I was approved by them 100% this time! He also discounted the vehicle for the trouble and was very friendly and apologetic and that really stood out to me how he wanted to make things right! I definitely recommend coming here

Bought a vehicle a Toyota RAV4 2019 after trading in my 2008 Toyota RAV4 that never had any problems. Within the warranty period the brake light came on and I don't know what the hell's going on I wish I would have never bought it. I bought a different vehicle so I wouldn't have issues got two new grandbabies don't feel safe in this vehicle at all. Waiting on a call from this dealer ship to see what's up with me getting my vehicle into Toyota. Was kind of sad I didn't get offered and owners manual I assumed it would be in the glove box, instead I got an email with the owner's manual. Trade it in a vehicle with half a tank of gas in my vehicle only had a quarter of a tank most people will feel your vehicle up but they said it was against the law they can't do that now. Picked up a BMW X3 for my wife. Jeremy was friendly and very helpful. Great car, quick process, in and out after a test drive. Overall great experience. Highly recommend checking out their inventory. Also, if you are looking for a certain vehicle, they will do all they can to find it for you.

Such amazing customer service! I was hesitant to buy a used car and was referred to The Selection. Ended up purchasing a Toyota Corolla from then for my daughter who goes to school in Lawrence, because you know Toyotas last forever! Looked at 7 other dealerships with mediocre attention and care, who knows what they would have helped with after a purchase if I went with one of them!? Anyway, the alternator went out on my daughter’s car and Brandon at Selection TOOK CARE OF IT!! Got the car from a shop in Manhattan KS, assured me that they have their own shop with 6 mechanics and they would fix whatever needed to be fixed! The Manhattan shop couldn’t tell us what the issue might be but Brandon just called me and told me the alternator was bad, they put a new one in and the car is good to g
