Well, Jim is one of the higher priced for labor, but I've always received honesty and a job well done from him. It's sort of like buying the more expensive shoes at Snyder's but they'll last you longer than a pair of shoes from the dollar store. I'm miffed with Master Muffler because they did shocks for another vehicle, and Jim informed me that they could have used a different shock that is not much more expensive and would have given that vehicle more lift away from the wheel hub. So I had him do that for my other vehicle and it worked out great. But the other vehicle I can't get my money back on so those shocks stay. The shocks he did for me made it feel like a new car. I can only speak for the one job I had done. They were charged with changing my rear brakes. After I got the car back, there was no mention of any problems with the repair. After parking it back at home I discovered that the parking brake was doing nothing. I called back to the business and they said it was a simple mistake, they forgot to reconnect the brake cables and they would credit me $100. It wasn’t until much later that I discovered that it was not a simple mistake. They had ordered the entire wrong brake rotor and put it on anyways. The inner diameter of the new brake rotor was much larger than the previous, meaning that no matter how much torque the driver applied to the parking brake, it would never even make contact with the rotor. While on vacation my van started to idle rough and stall, the owner Jim Matthews actually went out and worked on my van, very uncommon, that were very fair and honest in dealing with them. I would recommend them to anyone, great experience everyone I dealt with were very kind and courteous. May God continue blessing this business.

Had sway bar links installed and the whole shop was courteous, professional, and customer oriented. The work was very satisfactory and I validated this on the drive back home. Cost was fair and reasonable and we will definitely be back and tell others of our satisfaction.

My daughter chose this shop for repairs on an F150. The instructions were to perform a tuneup and remove an obstruction in the fuel nozzle. As an afterthought I requested an oil change. There was a problem with the spark plugs created by a past mechanic. Jim claims he has resolve that problem. They claim to have got the oil changed. They have failed to even look into the obstruction on the fuel tank. Claims it will be at least one week before they can look at it. Attempted to have it paid for so I can get it picked up. This is when they tell me they cannot except payments over the phone. Getting this man paid has become a real challenge. Payment must be made in person or by cash or check. They have no ability to receive electronic payments.
