I rented a Uhaul from this location and the gentleman who assisted me was so kind and helpful. My tow hitch was loose and he spent extra time after closing hours to make sure it was safe for me to haul the trailer. I can’t thank him enough for getting me squared away!

I dropped my truck off for a mount and balance of 4 tires as well as to replace a leaking valve stem. When I received my truck back I removed my hub cap to check the lugs because they had left one off of a previous work vehicle of mine in the past. Low and behold I Find a lug nut missing and the valve stem still leaking as well as all 4 tires at different pressures from 70psi to 40psi When I took the vehicle back for them to make it right they told me the valve stem that is leaking is a different one and that they will take care of the missing lug nut. I told them to just put the lug nut back on and I'll take the valve stem elsewhere. They installed a lug nut but again when I arrived home to check it I find a completely different style lug nut from a separate vehicle. Last time I take a

I have been to this tire store roughly 5 times in the last year. Each experience has been better than the last. With this last visit , I needed 4 tires bad. They got me in, without an appointment, on a Saturday, within 30 minutes and had me out less than an hour later. The one thing that really impressed was the quality of the tire. I had never heard of the brand Sailun . Come to find the were a very quality for the price!! Very well done yall!!

literally told me they don’t care if they scratch or bend my rims, there’s even a sign the guy pointed to, told me to take my tires somewhere else if I didn’t like it. Wouldn’t recommend this shop if you care about your rims.
