The Tire Shop of Mena

There is a review on here from someone named quasi moto claiming that the tire shop lied and did poor work. Now had this guy actually used his name i would at least think he had a claim here but I have Known Mike Vega for 30+ years and he's not unprofessional or a liar, if he's not comfortable doing something he will tell you "hey, I'm not really set up for that and I don't want to do it" he's been in business for a long time and as for allingments, there was a place in town that sold Rolls Royce and Bentleys, the allingment was was done here, with this guy. Mike Vega is an honest guy, in a town of less than 6,000 people you can't afford not to be.

Someone with a made up name of Jackwagon Craddock is claiming to know the fella at this place. Says I am making it up! So now I am going to be going to chat with the owner to resolve this next week. I replaced the front suspension on my wife’s car. I don’t have an alignment machine so took it to this place. This guy is very dishonest. They are incompetent at best and will lie vs admitting they have no ability to do an alignment. Crazy excuses like the specifications changed recently and cars are supposed to drift to the right to reduce head on collisions. Save yourself some money by not having to get anything done correctly by a competent technician a this guy will not take responsibility. He will gaslight you and tell crazy reasons why they did not screw up.

Quality work, decent prices and this shop values their customers. Definitely recommend. I called them from a personal recommendation and am glad I did. They got my vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.

Great service, and these guys always take great care of my vehicle needs. I highly recommend this place!!

I managed to pick up debris in two of my tires and they were going flat. They immediately took care of me and got me back on the road for a great price.
