Gorgeous community with so much lush vegetation throughout. The HOA is responsive amd eager to work with the hom here are many clubs and a plethora of activities offered. We Feel very fortunate to have found our home here.

Great place to live have enjoyed our first month here. Lots of activities and the people have been super super friendly! Definitely recommend if you're 55 or older!

Village at Deaton Creek- To date couldn't ask for more, every time Ive needed information, front desk has been of great help. Grounds are well kept, the landscaping, trails and security is what really impresses me most. HOA has been easy to work with, clearly does a good job of managing a large neighborhood. Worked with several HOAs over the years, this HOA is by far the best Ive personally worked with to date. Definitely protects property values and mission of community. If you have never worked with an HOA, make sure you read documents. While looking at other communities, I kept coming back to Deaton Creek, as it checked all the right boxes and still feel same today. No buyers remorse, no issues or concerns here! Id recommend to any plus 55 party looking for an active community.
