The Villas on Calloway Creek

It used to be a good place to live! But since the freeze in February, nothing has been done. Patios are housing all the appliances from the units that were flooded. Manager, Annette Ogden is condescending and half the time she won't even answer the phone nor your questions.

My husband and I moved in a year ago and we like it here. Annette and Anna is friendly, welcoming and they appreciates that we have decided to stay another year

I have a family member that has lived there 4 years and it is a disgrace and nightmare. The apartment manager and maintenance are horrible at fixing anything. The grounds are in terrible shape. I feel so sorry for the tenants that live there that because of their age they can’t have the help they need and good luck getting anyone on the phone to help. While visiting there my vehicle was towed. Now Annette Ogden to your face acts like she cares but does NOT do her job but she sure will be on it to have your car hauled off. Terrible manager.

I've been here since 2015 and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I love it here. People are friendly grounds are pretty and I love the unique design of the apartments not just a 4 wall square box but character in the design making you feel you truly are at home. Come join us !

I am a current resident at Villas on Calloway Creek. It used to be a very clean and fun place. I know covid happened and it shut down activities. There is no activity except Bible study and they have had on activity of gospel singers. I don't have anything against Christian activities but not all residents have that particular religion. All the amenities here do not work the putting golf cuts people if you lift up flags. The gazebo has residents are not allowed to use the electricity if they want to play music or have a crock pot for food. Then the so called shuffle board is not accessible. The elevators and brezzeways are filthy.
