The Wash Barn - Bismarck

I wanted to like this car wash because it seems like a nice, well maintained self-service place, but the experience was frustrating. The card payments never seem to never work, and I had trouble getting my payment to go through. What made it worse was that there was a worker or owner there who clearly saw me struggling and didn’t offer to help or even ask what was going on.

I have been here twice and both times I have been ripped off the car wash doesn't work properly, and the vacuum doesn't suck I have tried several times to get ahold of the owners nothing I am very upset I have lost $40 on this place not to mention it is so dirty and smells like wet dog.i would not go to this place you will regret it. Go to mandan the car wash by Culver's is the only clean honest place they actually have working car washes that give you soap

I had a small issue with the touchless car wash and Lonnie was so helpful and receptive. I’ve used this place for years as I love to wash my own car as well. Great customer service!
