Should be -5 star. I rarely write online reviews, but the service I received from this mechanic was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to share. After multiple conversations, cancellations, and rescheduling, I brought my Audi A4 in for what should have been a straightforward set of services—transmission oil change, spark plug replacement, and a 35K-mile service. Instead, the entire experience felt careless, overpriced, inconvenient, and highly unprofessional. • Poor communication I was told to bring the car in on Thanksgiving Day.
