The Williamsport Home

I was recently visiting a friend at The Williamsport Home and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The facility was immaculate and the environment felt very welcoming. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly helpful and clearly dedicated to their work. It is also great to see how much this organization gives back to our local community. We are lucky to have such a high quality resource right here in Williamsport.

Got to destination the place was nice but there was nobody at front my partner gave”em a call & rang doorbell 2xs it’s 3;40am, where is the reception or security idk smh… Somebody is going to be in hot water👎🏾 after this post. My partner Idid finally get in contact with someone they wasn’t much help over the phone but they walked around & finally took care of the business. Everything turned out ok.

I’ve been a resident since August of 2021 but was a Williamsport resident for 71 years (prior to leaving in 2014) and saw this complex grow into a superior facility for those years. I left Williamsport in 2014 and was given the chance to move to Syracuse, NY or Louisville KY but chose to come back. So happy with my choice; I’m home!!!!

Food very good Therapy very good Bell answering often very bad Some of the staff are excellent Some of them need to retire They have lost their compassion My mother has a very bad bed sore now from her stay there Disappointed in doctor rhere alot but not so sure he always has the best ideas but he is very dedicated

Great friendly staff. That makes sure your family members are happy and well taken care of
