Theisen's Home Farm Auto of Indianola

I figured that since I had to go into indianola it would save me a little time if I placed my order online. I placed my order online first thing in the morning and made the hour plus drive to Indianola. When I got to the store I went in and told them that I hadn't gotten the email for my order yet but could help them pull it. I was told they were working on it and would get it out. I went out to my truck and waited for another hour before I went back in and said I can pull the order myself and was told I had to wait for the email because that's how the system works. Here we are three hours later and no email. Lesson learned, next time go to Tractor Supply

I went to Thiessen's early yesterday for the Black Friday sale and the place was packed. I was having difficulty finding my items and was told that they were sold out. After speaking with an associate named Wendy she said that she would double check and she was able to track down what I was trying to purchase. She gave the extra effort to make sure that got what I wanted during a very busy time. As I waited in the long line to check out I saw Wendy directing customers near the cashiers to help speed up the check out lanes. When I was leaving the store I saw her moving carts from the parking lot into the store. She was doing whatever she could and she had a great attitude towards the busy day. I usually dislike shopping in crowded situations but it went smoothly thanks to Wendy's help'

Great clean store with a great selection. Seemed a little larger than other Theisen's I've shopped at. Had a return to make with no hassle or questions. Nice and professional employees.

I stopped into Theisen’s to pick up some weed killer and was happy to find they were one of the only stores that had exactly what I needed. It was easy to find in the store, and the whole place was very clean and organized. The customer service was excellent—everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I also love that they offer complimentary popcorn while you shop, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely one of my go-to stores!

Good selection of merchandise but mostly young folks working so I have explain more what I'm looking for
